Selection procedure
SERTO AG examines all applications thoroughly. We will invite all candidates we deem suitable to a job interview, where the line manager and HR will be present.
This interview is all about getting a first impression and determining the expectations on both sides. It is important for us that we should both be able to get a good overall view of each other.
You should get to know us, our culture and your future responsibilities. If there is mutual interest in a position, a second and third round of interviews will be held.
Depending on the role, we may offer probation days, or ask you to do tests or perform assessments. For quality reasons, only applicants speaking German to a B2 level or above will be taken into consideration.
Job interview
Prepare for our interview by asking yourself:
- Which activities do I enjoy or what does my dream job look like?
- Where are my strengths and what do I find more difficult?
- What would I like to achieve, and why?
- What do I expect from my employer?
- What does a good manager look like?
Stay true to yourself and trust in your abilities. It’s your job interview, so take the initiative and do not let it become a monologue. Avoid clichéd buzzwords. We’ve heard them all before. We've invited you, not Joe or Jane Average.
