System solutions

Whether customised manufacturing, assembled tubes, ready-to-install assemblies or tested and highly technical system solutions – we develop and produce system solutions with and for our customers. Our experienced team of engineers with advise and guide you through the entire process, from your initial enquiry to series production. Our greatest strength is our flexibility, meaning we are able to respond to your individual wishes.

Clean room

Unions or valves that are used in applications where surfaces in contact with media are subject to high cleanliness requirements are cleaned in the cleaning plant and packaged in the ISO Class 8 clean room.

Tube bending centre

When it comes to bending cables, SERTO has fully automatic, CNC-controlled bending machines that are optimally equipped for diameter ranges of up to 60 mm and an operating radius of six metres.

We offer full service for your assembly and guarantee professional installation for the safety of your system.

We can assemble it all for you! We also take care of the planning, production and entire distribution for you. 

Assemblies

The SERTO principle

SERTO’s radial system is unique. With SERTO, the cone is in the nut, and not in the body as with other tube unions.

This means that sealing of the compression ferrule to the union body is done with a flat surface. Components that are integrated into a pipeline system in this way can be removed from it radially.
SERTO components can be combined with each other like in a modular system kit. Important basic elements in the standard range are straight fittings, male connectors with various threads, elbow fittings, bulkhead fittings, single banjos, and L, T and cross unions.

Combined with SERTO connection parts, this creates countless, individual solutions that are metallically tight, very compact and available for immediate delivery.
